Jose Federico Limon

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Cesar is an immigration attorney at Venero Law with a background spanning legal advocacy, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. After five years practicing immigration law, he founded and operated Hopsquad in Austin, gaining hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and strategic management. Driven by a renewed sense of purpose, Cesar returned to immigration law to serve communities facing heightened uncertainty in today’s political climate. Known for his strategic mindset, steady presence, and client-first approach, he is committed to supporting individuals and families navigating their immigration challenges.

Cesar has previously lived in New Jersey, Florida, and Philadelphia. He has called Austin home for the last 8 years. He graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in computer engineering and Temple University School of Law. Cesar is a licensed attorney in Texas since 2018.
